By using Nevermind ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Nevermind is an AI-native desktop application and API proxy service. It provides access to various AI models through a unified interface.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API tokens. You may not share your account credentials or tokens with third parties. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Credits are consumed per AI operation. Free credits are provided monthly to all accounts. Unused credits do not roll over. All payments are final. See the Pricing page for current plans.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits. Abuse may result in account suspension.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
